William J. Kelly is an American Producer, television and radio host, commentator, media strategist, and critic. He is an executive producer of Emmy Award-winning television and the former executive director of National Taxpayers United of Illinois. Kelly attended Quigley Seminary South, a preparatory Catholic seminary. While at Quigley, Kelly was a regular contributor to the “Mass for Shut-Ins” TV program on WGN-TV. He attended Loyola University of Chicago, where he was elected sophomore class president.
